As a recognized Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) with Main Middle as our immediate focus. NACDC intends to reconnect Main North to Main South, by acquiring, rehabilitating, repurposing vacant lots and dilapidated buildings. Affordability being the focus in everything that we do, NACDC will ignite a renaissance in a "Resource Desert" that has been dry for over 35 years.
The creation of safe, affordable workforce housing and mixed-use structures will spur economic development that, in turn, bring about business development, jobs, and collaborative economics. These actions will support and tap into an entrepreneurial spirit that will awaken Worcester’s most blighted, decadent neighborhood.
The Renaissance will provide Hope, Inspiration, and Opportunities for the disenfranchised.
