Complete all elements of the project at 16 Sycamore Street
Secure a broader base of support for NACDC
Acquire and/or develop and bring online 33 units of workforce housing within the next three years.
Identify and pursue other effective community and neighborhood development strategies, including job creation
It's about time the redlining stops and the diverse population that pays a substantial amount of tax dollars into the overall system. Allow the new American citizens to create their own vision of Wall Street. The creation will be a healthy tossed salad, that is good for the reborn village.
