This property only two (2) doors from 14-16 was acquired out of a receivership scenario. The property was a recent abandon burn out property which was an eye sore to the block. The city appointed a receiver to do basic repairs to meet code inspections then put the property up for auction. Again, the property fit the NACDC vision. We purchased the 2 apartments with 3 bedrooms each. We are in the beginning of our 17 - step process and expect completion of a possible mixed-use property that will support 2 families and an additional business office by June of 2022.
